I suffer badly from headaches when I'm out at work. I know it's partially due to tension and the bright strip lighting above me, however it's also partly due to my neck and my posture of the chair I have to sit in there. I can often suffer blinding pain which most pain killers won't take away, and just a dark room and shutting my eyes is what I need (not easy to do at work though).

So I've started to look at alternative therapies as well, as a Chiropractor would cost far too much on my miniscule budget. A friend of mine has set up a site called Tai Chi Explained which I've been looking over, pointing out minor SEO improvements to help his ranking. Whilst doing this I've of course taken notice of some of the information on the site and am beginning to actually get interested in the subject as well. Of course I'm looking at Tai Chi as a health remedy as opposed to the combat side of things (as I'm a weakling!).

If anyone has any experience of this I'd love to hear it. Not sure if it will help me at all, I'm presuming a lot of the breathing – which is good for exercise, gym sessions etc. anyhow – and the whole 'hands movement' would help my posture improve anyhow?
