I don't tend to watch many television programs, but the ones I do choose to watch I really enjoy. One of which is Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen, which is on ITV2 on a Monday (repeated Wednesday) and on ITV on a Friday. To be honest one reason why I tend not to watch television and opt for DVDs is so that I don't have to wait a week to catch the next episode, especially as I may not be in to see it. After catching Hell's Kitchen this evening I then had the teaser for next week and it put me into impatient mode. I can't wait until next week to find out what happens!
So I did a quick search online as I figured that the show had already aired in the USA. I found Fox's own website for Hell's Kitchen and the front page told me exactly who'd won (I'm telling you this incase you go searching and don't want to know!). I also then found a show by show recap (the link takes you to next week's for those in the UK). After reading next week's well I couldn't stop and have read the rest of the series. Whilst it takes away the suspense at least I now know what happens! With the web holding up to the minute information from around the world, finding out what happens in the next series of a television show is often very easy especially if it's been made and usually already aired abroad. I don't think it spoils the show, well not a cookery show at least, as the write up can't convey the emotion that the show will actually give.

Clothes shopping can be such a depressing day out. Like you say, things just aren't in proportion and you often find you need to go for a size or two larger in some shops compared to others. And I'm with you on the three-quarter sleeves – very uncomfortable when you slip a jacket on top and suddenly the sleeves start rolling up.
It's a shame as I love shopping but as you say, at times it can just start to depress you especially when you can't find anything to fit.
Still despite the hard job I found the smart clothes I needed and had a fun afternoon with my Mum
