On a follow up to my missing 123-Reg Affiliate payment I tried yet again to contact them on the weekend. This time I tried the complaints option instead of the miscellaneous one. Today I finally had a reply (third time lucky) simply informing me that the payout threshold was £50. That's a good answer considering the missing payment is for just under £30, however the threshold was only £25 in June/July when I reached this amount.nnSo I've replied back to the email that came through hoping it won't be ignored, and I've included a copy of an email from 123-Reg telling me I'd made the threshold and that I could credit my account (wish I really just wish I'd done now!) or receive a cheque, plus a copy of my stats page which states "Money earnt since last payment: £0.00" – which says to me that there's no money in my affiliate earnings as it's gone astray.nnIncase anyone is wondering, £30 is not worth this hassle and I'm not hard up at all to be desperate for this money, however principally speaking I just believe I should get what I'm owed. Afterall if my money has gone astray I wonder how many other payments have gone astray. That starts to add up when you estimate how many 123-Reg affiliates there could be receiving payouts. I would telephone them to get immediate response, but at 50p per minute it wouldn't take long before half the earnings have gone to pay for the telephone bill!nnStill we're one step closer.

Go for it! I hate the fact that so many of us do the "it's not worth it" trade off, meaning that somone at the top of the company can buy an even more expensive cigar off the back of your hard work. It makes me mad!

Hey Matt, thanks for the encouragement! Well as a good update I finally got a reply back yesterday from another support person saying they'd passed it onto their team manager to investigate so fingers crossed it may be dealt with this side of Christmas! :D
