It's Sunday!

Apologies for lack of posts this week. I've been away since Wednesday and only got back this afternoon (then promptly fell asleep!). It's been a busy week and I'm just absolutely shattered now.
Monday I took my car in for repair. A new suspension coil was needed so I had to leave it there overnight. I went to pick it up on Tuesday, thankfully it's only 3 months into a years warranty so no cost whatsoever AND I had it washed and hoovered inside!! Bonus 
On Wednesday we drove down to Cardiff and seem to pick the rainiest day possible. Heavy winds and constant rain made for a long trip.
I spent two days in the office of my contract job, Thursday and Friday. My friend who was the IT Manager there has just left so things are a little up in the air, plus the company is splitting at the end of the month into a holdings group. There's a lot of work to be done on the web sites, along with other various work trying to make people's lives easier with their work and combat the variety of problems that keep cropping up.
At least before I left I'd gotten them to agree for me to work a further 5 hours a week and my boss thanked me for all of my hard work. When you don't actually go into work that often you can sometimes get worried about what people think or say about you when you're not around, so it's nice to be thanked and know your work is being noticed.
Still, back home now. I've got a lot of work to deal with now but at least there's a lot of variety with it. Plus I have a 101 emails to reply to! Tomorrow's going to be a busy day!
