Twitter basically allows other people to view what you have been doing. I am not sure why people would want to actually spend time to find out what someone is doing! Apparently, there is a better alternative to Twitter. I can't remember the name! oops.

A bit like a blog that you post up to every 30 minutes or hour or as often or little as you want. Not long posts but just snippets of info of what's going through your mind.
