Dave Starr, wow thanks for your comment. I appreciate what you wrote. Sure I've had a few emails similar to you, or seen offers or options to get into something or try something out. I also know my limitations in time, effort and money. But I also know who I trust with my money. Anyway, I'll go more into detail on my launch post.nnJalaj, PR is to be ignored these days I think, unless it's 5+. However just because it isn't doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the site, just that Google maybe penalised the site for text link ads. High traffic doesn't always mean much either, you need traffic that converts. So it's hard to say. Personally I'd say it depends on the site, the subject, the market for it, the rankings and then the traffic. If I was going to buy a site already established I'd want to see the last 6 months income as well as traffic, do my own research before deciding on whether to make an offer to purchase it.nnGary, it is ;)

What should be the PR and traffic of a site that you think good for purchasing and earning on it?

Good marketing ... I'm not sure if you realize this effort will be an important case study in the proper way to market an opportunity.nnMy 'spam' folder is full of meilings from one 'Opportunity Broker' after another who has never done anything aside from offer me some (usually) throw-away item and then proceeded to pound me with breathless email after breathless email telling me about the next great limited time offer.nnA big waste of both their time and mine. In your case, I 'met' you through guest posts that you did that provided me with useful knowledge, 'squeeze page free'. Since I know you don't involve yourself with schlock, I'll be watching this spot.nnRefreshing when it is done right, thanks.
