It's been very nice seeing it show itself over the past few days and I have felt very motivated to ease myself back into exercising regularly because, as you said, working from home means we often don't get much exercise. It was *very* warm and sunny here today which was so nice, but I was horrified to switch on the weather forecast today and learn it's going to get cold and SNOWY over the weekend :eek: :cry: It's amazing what a bit of sunshine can do.
