I happened to log in today to my 123-reg Account and checked my affiliate statistics. Since my last check (2 weeks ago max) I've doubled my earnings to £24! Okay nothing major but considering I'd had £6 sitting in there for over a year, and I'm sure it was just £12 when I checked on return from my holiday, a £12 increase is, well it covers 2 domain name renewals if nothing else 
Just £1 more and I'll get a cheque from them.

Log into your control panel and scroll down, towards the bottom should be an affiliate option. 10% payout, lifetime cookie (well as long as no one deletes their cookies or reformats their machine ;)).
You used to get paid on all purchases and renewals, whereas now it's just first time purchases it seems. Purchases includes domains and also hosting
