Top Day for Adsense II

Forget Top Day for Adsense last week, yesterday we hit over $8 which pushed us over the $100 mark for the month, with 2 days still remaining. Checking the figures before shutting down, around 11pm, showed us on $5 yesterday, so it seems that our site is also beginning to appeal to (presumably) non UK visitors, either the US or perhaps the early morning Far East and Australia. I realise the visitors are also shooting up, over 50% since the start of the month, but the CPC is also averaging better - maybe the UK adverts don't pay as much as the US adverts, which wouldn't suprise me as I'm sure there are more US companies paying out higher amounts in advertising. Still this means a payment this month and a payment next month! All from one site too. Now if only I could find a few other sites that could get similar amounts of visitors too!

I'm sure you can find other sites and get similar results. Following the effort you've put in and what you've done in terms of optimisation for this site I have no doubts.

Hmm yes and no. You still need that right niche that has enough visitors in, and to be honest enough from search engines like MSN or Yahoo, so that you don't have to rely on Google what with it's present issues. The tattoo site was built on the back of Wordtracker results with MSN as a guide, and MSN up until recently has been pretty much the sole provider of visitors, only being beaten by Google Images in recent months.
But of course this just means having a good play with Wordtracker and finding another good niche, good domain name and just optimising it well for MSN. I already have a few ideas up my sleeve and domains preregistered. Just need to set up the sites and leave 'em.
