123-Reg Affiliate Payout

Anyone ever had a payout from them? I hit the £25 threshold back in June, and then now according to my stats page the payout date was end of July. However we're nearing end of August, and it doesn't usually take a month for a cheque to come from a UK company! I'm putting off contacting them at present as I probably need to give it a whole month to be sure, but just wondering if anyone else can comment on waiting times for them.

123-reg got bought by Pipex recently so you are bound to find delay. Their broadband customer service has gone seriously down and I expect you will find the same at 123

Recently? I thought it was ages ago. Still it's the first payment so I've got nothing to compare it to and I know affiliate payments can take a while. Maybe I should have just credited my account with it for domain renewals.

Well I emailed them last week about the missing cheque. A week on I've had no response and no cheque still. Okay so £30 isn't much but it all adds up

Another email this week, still no word. I guess it's gonna have to be a 50p per minute phone call to find out what's going on.
