AdSense Referrals

Did I miss the buzz on a change on the payments for AdSense Referrals? I just logged in to check my latest earnings and noticed I'd had a conversion for an AdSense Referral and made $5. I thought it was $100 if your referral made $100 in 180 days? I've checked through the help pages and came across the followingnnFrom: How Much will I earn from referrals?nn
When a user that you have referred to AdSense first earns US$100 within 180 days, we will credit your AdSense account with US$100.
nnHowever, after searching I came across this.nnFrom: What is a conversion in my referral reports?nn
A conversion for AdSense is counted when a user that you have referred to AdSense has signed up and earned his/her first $5 within 180 days.
nnSo have I stumbled across a new change? (I'll go check JenSense first!) or merely am slow on the uptake and found an inconsistency in the Google Help pages. Anyone else seen this?nnUpdate: Yep as usual Jen's got the scoop, serves me right for not keeping up with all of my feeds!

The $5 doesn't look much impressive, but overall I think its damn good offer.nnPreviously they rewarded $100, now its $250 , and there is also possibility of earning $2,000 bonus.nnbtw, I think $5 is scheme to tell the referrer, that his referred member is making $$$s and soon you will earn $250

Hey Propet. Yep the new offer is great, and it's handy to know your referrals are using their AdSense as we all know plenty of people sign up and don't actually start using their account (I know I do that from time to time!).
