August Earnings
September 2, 2007 – 9:40 am
Just a quick post as I've been away again and have stacks of stuff to sort out.
Earnings were fairly consistent this month earning $327.86 for the month. Considering it's the summer holidays for most of the Northern Hemisphere, plus Google complained about how the ads were on our highest adsense earning site so we had to change those (more about that another day!), I'm still quite happy with what we made.
Thankfully September is going to be a lot quieter for us as we're not running around the country, and I can finally get a couple of sites finished off.
Hope your month was good too
PS. The good news is I finally hit the $100 threshold on my own AdSense account. Finally a payment, the first (for my own account) since April last year!!

Hitting a threshold and getting cheques is great! I run a couple of Cafepress stores and it was great when I finally got over the pament threshold…and even better now that I regularly hit the bonus threshold too. Currently for zero effort. Have a read here if you're interested. http://itsanonlineworld.blogsp.....crust.html

Ya! Way to go on getting your Adsense cheque… it's quite a rush when the money starts to come in.

Hey! Congratulations. $300 a month is nothing to dust under the rug, be proud that's a good amount of cash!
You're blog looks great, you just got a new reader :). I also code PHP during the day-time, guess we could relate there haha.

Empress, you're right, it's nice when you know you've hit a target. I used to get AdSense in every other month until Google dropped my main site and earnings plummetted. At least Dave's continues to earn $100+ monthly.
Thanks Leonid, obviously the $300 isn't all in the bank yet but I will be updating the holiday fund total once I check the bank account. Am certainly happy as it's the second month in a row over $300 so we must be doing something right! Hope you enjoy my posts
