November Earnings

… aren't really much to write home about. Around $185 for the month, mainly from AdSense and Text Link Ads. AdSense has continued to drop since the summer, however TLA has continued to rise or at least stay consistent.

So what's the reason for the drop in earnings from the highs of $330+ earlier in the year? Well AdSense has almost halved in income, in part due to less visitors to a couple of sites, and in part due to the restrictions imposed by AdSense such as having to add borders to our ads and also reducing the click area (although that doesn't seem to have made a major difference). We've also had no product sales this morning, or any affiliate sales, both of which are far better earners than 2-3 cents per click on AdSense!

We haven't had much time to concentrate on anything this month, due to moving house. Any spare time has been spent packing, cleaning and working on client work. Haven't even started the christmas shopping yet! At least I've had a fair few invoices paid this month and it was a 5 week month for wages, so I got 5 weeks worth of pay ;)

This month won't see much getting done either however once the Christmas hassle has been and gone we've got plenty to get done and hopefully get these dwindling figures turned around and start getting our savings looking healthy again!

Thanks guys. At least we're still making a bit of income over nothing. It's still all paying for the house move which is good considering we have to start thinking about buying some Christmas presents!

It just reconfirms the whole saying, don't rely on Google alone. Don't rely on anything alone. Thankfully we don't.

Though the earning may be small but at least it is more than nothing. And yes the tough task as moving house has great impacts on online availability.

December was quite on your AIS blog. Hope to see more posts soon.
