April Earnings, last AIS post here

So for April earnings were:
Adsense: $71
Products: $21
Amazon: $18

So totalling $110. It's nothing to write home about but will cover a nice dinner out for Dave and I.

After gaining a bit of motivation from other people's ventures I've decided to split AIS off into it's own blog, to concentrate more on it and get some better earnings up. I have half baked sites littering the web, years old ideas that I want to put into practice and just get in there whilst I have the opportunity. Tom's recent post about not hesitating and just trying it struck a cord (burt's mentioned it several times too). Throughout my life that's what I've done, and I've never regretted it. Leaving my job to run my business, leaving the country to be a ski instructor etc. I've so far done everything I want to do, why should things be different online? It's even less riskier online as if it doesn't work it's often just your time that's gone and a few pounds.

So once I'm back from my holiday I'll be back on track and fighting fit. I already have 3 new sites to set up. I have a UK server based account too now so I can use my com/net domains there and still get into the UK index (my own account is US server based) but still target the worldwide audience hopefully. I have many ideas for the various domains I have lying around.

All in all I'm quite fired up to get them going :)

Oh the new blog will be at http://ais.sarahfreelance.co.uk. I've got all prevous AIS posts in there, just need to alter the theme slightly and categorise and link a bit better as I messed some up! However, if you want to know about how well things are going, that will be the place to go. This blog will be left as tech stuff. PHP, MySQL etc.
