Design Theft

It's pretty bad when someone rips off your design right? You happen to find out because someone notifies you, or the thief has left the ripped off design pulling your images from your server (always a clever one that!). It's even worse when a design company rips off your design and then sells it to a customer.
Dave discovered some extra goings on in his statistics this afternoon, and followed a few links to find a Czech site for someone called Anna Mazochova. At first he figured 'Anna' had ripped off his design, but on further investigation noticed the copyright pointing to eVisions, a Czech web design company. So not only has Dave's design been ripped off, a 'web design' company is selling it for their own profit!
On looking at their own site I'm wondering what else they've ripped off. Considering half their CSS is in english (class and ID names) and the other half is in Czech. Usually developers will create names in their own language. Makes you wonder. Not to mention their front page is missing closing body and html tags
